Ruthless, for him it is all about money, he doesn't think that he has responsibilities. No respect for the tenants. Left the house all dirty, lights not working, bath water leaking into the lights of the living room, garage full of building materials, carpets all dirty, kitchen like a pigstie and asked me why I didn't clean it myself! There was so much wrong with that very expensive house... he thinks that because he is a doctor he is above you!
